Specification
The item shall have the following specifications:
1. Enables the student to investigate & know that the
volume of a sphere is equal to two-third (2/3) the
volume of the cylinder whose diameter and height are
equal to the diameter of said sphere.

2. One (1) set is composed of 4 wooden spheres, 8
transparent plastic semi-spherical vessels, 4 transparent
plastic right cylindrical containers, and 4 wooden right
cylinders.

3. The specs of the 4 wooden spheres and 4 wooden right
cylinders are as follows:
(i) 2 pcs Sphere with Ǿ150mm. 3.3) 2 pcs
Cylinder, Ǿ150mm x 150mm long
(ii) 2 pcs Sphere with Ǿ100mm. 3.4) 2 pcs
Cylinder, Ǿ100mm x 100mm long
 
4. The specs of the 8 transparent plastic semi spherical
vessels are as follows:
i) 4 pcs Semi-spherical Vessel whose inside
diameter is 150mm. (The plane surface of the
vessel is open)
ii) 4 pcs Semi-spherical Vessel whose inside
diameter is 100mm. (The plane surface of the
vessel is open).

5. The specs of the 4 transparent plastic right cylindrical
containers are as follows:
i. 2 pcs Cylindrical Container whose inside
diameter is equal to its inside height. The inside
diameter is 150mm. (One end of the cylindrical
container is open).
ii. pcs Cylindrical Container whose inside diameter
is equal to its inside height. The inside diameter
is 100mm. (One end of the cylindrical container
is open).
iii. Cyl. containers have graduations printed on
their walls. The graduations of two (2)
containers begin at zero (0) that corresponds to
the inside bottom surface of the container and
end at 15cm mark which is at the topmost point
of the container. The graduations of the other
two (2) containers begin at zero (0) that
corresponds to the inside bottom surface of the
container and end at 10cm mark which is at the
topmost point of the container.

6. The material for the spheres and right cylinders must
be kiln-dried hard wood, fully-polished and varnished
that is visible to the naked eye. The material for the
semi-spherical vessels & right cylindrical containers
must be transparent polycarbonate plastic, clear,
smooth, and free from scratches.

7. Surfaces and edges must be smooth. (There must be no
sharp edges.)

8. Comes with a Plastic Storage Box.
Note: The plastic storage box must be able to conveniently
accommodate the above spheres, cylinders, vessels and
containers. On the cover of the storage box, the contents'
descriptions must be clearly printed.

9. Comes with Instruction Manual in English.

10. The wall thickness of the transparent plastic semispherical
vessels is 3mm (minimum).

11. The wall & base thickness of the transparent plastic
right cylindrical containers is 3mm (min.).

12. There should be no leaks on the above-cited vessels
and containers when these are filled with water.

13. There must be no warping of the walls of vessels.

14. There must be no warping of the walls and bases of the
containers.
15. Must be branded.
